BARRHAVEN RUN FOR ROGER'S HOUSE SPONSORSHIP

Last year more than 1200 runners participated in the Barrhaven Run for Roger's House, raising $15,000. Join Platinum Sponsors Mattamy Homes, Barrhaven Source for Sports, Baizana Insurance and Scotiablank in sponsoring this year's run on Saturday, June 6th.

BARRHAVEN CANADA DAY & MULTICULTURAL FESTIVAL

This year, for the first time, Barrhaven's Canada Day celebration will include the Multicultural Festival. Starting at 4 p.m.. the festivities at Clarke Field will feature many exciting attractions, culminating in fireworks at dusk. The event, which is expected to attract 30,000 spectators, is looking for sponsors.

UPDATE: SANTA PARADE OF LIGHTS

Thanks to 15,000 spectators, Barrhaven's third "Parade of Lights," the 12th Annual Barrhaven Lions Santa Claus Parade, was a spectacular success. More than 8500 pounds of non-perishable food items were donated for FAMSAC and the Barrhaven Food Cupboard, 42% more than last year! In addition, generous spectators donated more than $1800 in cash.
